These seminars were given by Executive Pastry Chefs who are just amazing. Many desserts they made were multi-layered, top of the class, elegant, and tasted amazing. These are not regular desserts that you see in the grocery stores. Oh maybe I haven’t been around. There is no low carb or low sugar and these desserts are very tiny compared to a cake piece you get at Cheesecake Factory. These little thing will satisfy your sweet tooth. Each layer has unique texture (soft or crunchy) and of course these are made of best quality chocolate, not the waxy kind. I noticed every dessert recipe called for Gelatine Sheets which I’ve never used and I don’t even know where to get Gelatine Sheets! I have to look for a box in Amazon or something. To make one little “Sultan” dessert, there are 7 different receipes and then put them together, talking about time consuming!
